1. Nature of Organization
Helmora Travel Custodian (HTC) operates as a private membership association dedicated to the protection and optimization of the travel economy in Southeast Asia. HTC is an international service provider and is currently undergoing formal legal registration as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) in Wyoming, USA, to serve as its global administrative vehicle.
2. Not an Insurance Company
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Helmora Travel Custodian is NOT an insurance company, an insurer, or an insurance underwriter. We do not issue insurance policies, and our services do not constitute insurance products as defined by traditional regulatory frameworks.
HTC provides a Private Protection & Asset Recovery Service. Our “Cashback” and “Booking Protection” programs are discretionary benefits provided to active members of the association to mitigate financial loss from non-refundable travel bookings.
3. Custodianship & Asset Recovery
By subscribing to the Helmora Weekly Freedom Pass (HWFP) or Helmora Weekly Power Pass (HWPP), members appoint HTC as the custodian of their designated travel bookings.
In the event of a cancellation where a member receives financial support (Cashback) from HTC, the member agrees to transfer all rights, titles, and interests in the original booking to HTC.
HTC reserves the right to liquidate, resell, or transfer such bookings to third-party buyers or last-minute deal platforms to maintain the integrity of the Association’s Reserve Fund.
4. Digital Asset Transactions
HTC utilizes USD and Stablecoins (USDT/USDC) for membership dues and benefit distributions. Members are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local jurisdictions regarding the use of digital assets.
5. Limitation of Liability
HTC provides its services on a best-effort basis. The maximum recovery support is limited by the specific terms of the member’s chosen subscription tier. HTC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from travel disruptions.
